A Father being stretched to pay a Child Support more than what he can really afford is a common phenomenon theses days….
But this one goes way above and beyond that too…..
From GLEN SACKS – HE EARNS $1,600 A MONTH, THE CHILD SUPPORT ORDER IS FOR $2,000 A MONTH–AND THE MEDIA DOESN’T NOTICE
OK, bakery worker Robert Sean Myers was foolish to have six kids with at least two and possibly more women. That being said, it’s outrageous that a court obligated him to pay $2,000 a month in child support for one of the kids on an income of only $1,600 a month. Now he’s being vilified as a “deadbeat.” Gee, any idea why he’s behind on his payments?
And here is what the Father himself says as reported by the NY Daily News -
“I have no problem supporting my kids,” Robert Sean Myers said. “Just let me work and pay it off. She doesn’t want child support from me. She wants me to go to jail. Who benefits? Our daughter? My other five children?”

This is nothing new at all. I was making roughly $1400 a month as a Paramedic circa 1989, and was ordered to pay more than $1300 a month in child support. Do the math, that is more then my after tax income.
Moral of the story? Never, let me repeat, never pay your wife’s way through college to become a Paralegal!

Where are the legal advocates, parent’s rights gropus, on this matter. Yes, there are parents who willfully refuse to pay child support. However, in this case the guy is paying $611 of his meager $1,600 dollar a month salary, yet the court has ordered a child support for 2k, it’s simple math and it’s simply wrong, and it’s about avarice and greed. If not what would be this womans motive in attempting to sue two major corporations for 8 million dollars! The guy was a route driver for Bimbo/Sra Lee, not the CEO

It’s seems like everyone is assuming (including Glenn Sacks) that Mr. Myers was making $1.600 per month income at the time the cs order was given. Perhaps this may not be the case. How about it Mr. Sacks, do you know? Could he have lowered his income, could he have done it intentionally? It’s amazing how many that have cs orders all of the sudden become poor and some do that just for appearance sake, my ex did. He came to court intentionally looking like a transient, which he could not have been further from, thinking this would lower his obligation and responsibilities.
Ms. Myers is probably asking for 8 million to send a very loud message out there to corps or any employer that they had better not break court orders/ the law.
This is about children, so I don’t feel her message could be any louder, as it should be. The more she asks for and possibly get, the more people will stand up and take notice and the less likely employers or corporations will be to break the law. I wish her the best.
She seems to be fighting for what she believes. She seems to be making history in the family court, from what I have read. Good for her!

Bovine feces Norma, it is about misandry and destruction, and sheer revenge. Try actually reading the whole thing, including the links.
Fathers love their children, but they also need to be able to live in order for them to be FATHERS.
That woman was not making history, she was continuing the tradition of favor toward females in the family Courts, at the expense of men, damn the morality involved!
